Overview
XYZ documented Tripoli Castle through 3D laser scanning and developed an interactive virtual-tour experience that allows users to explore the historic site digitally. The scanning process created an accurate spatial record of the castle’s architecture, circulation routes, courtyards, walls, and existing conditions. The virtual tour transformed the captured information into an accessible experience that can support education, cultural interpretation, tourism, research, and remote exploration. The project demonstrates how reality capture can be combined with immersive digital tools to preserve and communicate significant heritage sites.
